Excellent support and customer service I registered for an annual membership, but I didn't pay attention that the membership fee is calculated in US dollars. I live in ****** and it was expensive for me. I emailed support department to cancel my membership and they responded in less than an hour and sent me a full refund.I appreciate the excellent customer service and proper support, polite and professional behavior of the staff.

Thought I canceled the subscription and I may not have completed the process. After contacting support I was refunded and canceled immediately. Great company

I canceled my trial but maybe I didn't complete it on my end. Either way the subscription was charged to my card and I contacted support which usually is a nightmare when you have billing problems and it was honestly quick and painless. This is all new to me and didn't know there was just a thing to let me fill in PDFs instead of printing them, filling them out and scanning then uploading to email back to someone... for example. Talk about a time saver!!! Plus I love the way it looks! So much more professional than hand written. In my opinion.

PDFfiller is the best app ive found so far for editing and creating fillable forms. I've tried one which is very inferior to it. Definetly gets the job done. Would recommend to anyone.

How to Add Comments in PDF
Comments are a very handy and powerful annotation tool. For instance, you can use them when you edit a PDF document with your colleagues.
To add a comment, click the Arrow icon in the main toolbar. The comment toolbar will appear under the editing tools. Select the comment you need, then click anywhere to create the start point and drag to where you want to create the end point. Release the mouse button and select OK.
To change the comment’s color, click on the color square and choose the color from the drop-down. Use the slider to change the comment’s thickness.
To reverse a comment, select it and click the icon of the comment with the opposite direction. To convert a simple comment into a two-headed comment, click the icon of the two-headed arrow. To change position of the start or end point, just drag it.
To delete the comment, press the trash can icon above it.
